How do I return an item?

Return Policy

 

aGirlsGlitter.com wants you to be a happy shopper and repeat customer. We sincerely appreciate your business. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. If you intend to return merchandise contact us immediately. You MAY NOT return anything to us without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RAN). If a return is received without the RAN, it will be refused and/or shipped back to you at your expense. Please see below for instructions on returning items. We will only accept new, unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please do not remove any tags or labels (if applicable) if you intend to return the item. Before we ship to you we carefully inspect the merchandise to make sure it is in perfect condition, and packed securely with care. “Defective” or “Damaged” items must be claimed immediately upon receipt by emailing us. We will not be responsible for, return, or replace any items damaged by you or those around you.

Please shop carefully. aGirlsGlitter.com is a small business with a small staff. We work hard to bring you the hottest, latest merchandise at very reasonable prices. Excessive returns will only slow us down and raise prices. Our products are for ladies (and some gentleman!) who like to make a statement. All of the products are described and photographed to the best of our ability. Most of our pieces are can best be described as, loud, expressive show pieces and many are BIG! If this is not for you, that’s perfectly fine. Please read the size dimensions of the items to determine if they are right for you.

How to Return an Item

Please email us at Returns@aGirlsGlitter.com. Enter into the subject line RETURN REQUEST. Email us for the reason of your return. Be as detailed as possible. Once your return has been authorized we will email you back with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please package your return securely (for example: use bubble wrap, tissue paper, etc…) and be sure to include the original invoice (or a legible copy). Clearly write the RAN on the FRONT!!!! Of the package. Underneath our address would be an ideal place for the RAN. If a return is received without the RAN, it will be refused and/or shipped back to you at your expense. The entire return process must be completed within the 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for any items not received or “lost in the mail”. This will be between you and the shipping carrier. That is why you need insurance and a tracking number. Absolutely no refunds on the shipping or return cost will be given. Please be advised credits will be processed in a timely manner, however some credits may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
